Trim-Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a Trim-Shop Supervisor to join our team in Brackley. As a leading composite manufacturer in the UK, we excel in designing and manufacturing high-quality carbon fibre parts for prestigious clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the trimming team, ensuring the department meets customer needs, quality standards, and effective resource management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the trimming team to ensure efficient production and quality standards
• Managing the production schedule, identifying any issues, and escalating them to relevant personnel
• Providing trimmers with necessary tools, information, and guidance to complete job sheets efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Liaising with Inspection and Trim departments to ensure smooth production
• Monitoring and reporting resource/material shortages to Operations or Production Managers
