Senior AI Software Developer - Iron Man

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior AI Software Developer to join the Iron Man project being developed using Unreal Engine 5. You will work on various AI features and systems in a collaborative environment.

As a Senior AI Developer at Motive, you will:

• Implement and enhance AI features relating to behaviours, navigation, and core systems
• Participate in defining the architecture of foundational AI technology and performance targets
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to brainstorm solutions that further the game's artistic and design vision
• Mentor other developers on the AI team and participate in design and code reviews
• Ensure the stability, quality, and performance of AI systems with QV and technical leadership

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of professional C/C++ experience
• Experience developing AI systems on AAA games with at least one shipped title
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Experience using Unreal Engine 4/5 is strongly preferred
• Prior leadership experience is desirable
• Passion for developing and playing games
