The role involves supporting the formulation, execution, and review of CMI agency recruitment and business growth strategies. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing recruitment performance, agency productivity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
• Providing business insights and recommendations to support management decision-making and strategic planning
• Supporting business planning and growth initiatives through performance monitoring, market analysis, and strategic recommendations
• Coordinating with relevant departments and business partners on strategic initiatives and project implementation
• Providing operational support for recruitment events and related initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder from a recognized university
• Major in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, reporting, business planning, performance management, sales support, or related functions
• Proven experience in preparing management reports, business analysis, and performance dashboards
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, dashboard development, reconciliation, and automation
• Strong experience in management reporting, business analysis, and performance tracking
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or other data visualization/automation tools would be an advantage
