Ford Racing Brand Events & Engagement Manager

Ford Racing is looking for an experienced events and engagement leader to own how our brand shows up live, in person, and at scale. The successful candidate will report into our Ford Racing Brand team and own the strategy and execution of Ford Racing's flagship experiential moments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Ford Racing Season Launch event
• Drive high-level strategy and on-the-ground involvement for major experiential and lifestyle events
• Build and manage dealer engagement programs that drive local and national dealer participation in major races and cultural/lifestyle events
• Design and run employee engagement initiatives that build pride and connection to Ford Racing
• Lead, develop, and support a direct report while managing budgets, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activation, or experiential marketing
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex events and workstreams simultaneously
