Sr. Manager, Sales Development

We are seeking an experienced strategic sales leader to lead our Bangalore-based Business Development teams and help us expand our business across the India region.

Reporting to the Director, Sales Development, you will be an important contributor to our sales leadership team, building and executing pipeline generation/consumption growth strategies, while coaching and developing our Business Development team members.

You will have experience driving pipeline generation leveraging AI, leading sales development teams and working with sales, a partner ecosystem and marketing teams.

• Take the primary leadership role in developing an outstanding team
• Support and shape the strategy for pipeline generation within India in collaboration with the India Leadership team
• Create innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth
• Manage your team's pipeline target and be active in coaching team members to be successful
• Work with cross-functional regional leaders to maximise the contribution of the team
• Analyse team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies
• Adopt and implement AI strategy for pipe generation and daily workflows of your team

What we look for:

• Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against quota
• Experience in a quota carrying, end-to-end sales role with consistent overachievement against quota
• Experience in developing top talent
• Experience in leading through change
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, additional experience with AI tools will be advantageous
• Experienced in sales processes focused around value selling, prospecting and opportunity qualification
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Passion for cloud, big data and AI
