Java Full Stack Intern

Electronic Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full Stack Engineering Intern to join their team for a paid internship. This position is ideal for students with experience in software engineering, Java fundamentals, and a willingness to explore both backend and frontend technologies.

You will gain hands-on experience working on large-scale applications, learning from experienced engineers, and contributing to real-world projects that enhance the player experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design features for web applications and backend services.
• Help build high-volume, low-latency applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Participate in database interactions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tasks.
• Contribute to code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and latest technologies in AI.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with programming in Java. Knowing React would be a great addon.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and query writing.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
