Description
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to join our global in-house technology team in India. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing scalable architecture, developing and deploying services, ensuring quality and standards, and promoting a learning culture.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable architecture with the best choice of technology
- Hands-on development, focusing on complicated tasks

Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Experience in Java or Kotlin, Kotlin functional programming, Micronaut, Kafka, NoSQLs, SQLs, Test containers, Spock, Groovy, ELK, Grafana, Jira, GIT, CI/CD
- Strong domain-specific knowledge regarding Target's technology capabilities
- Broad and deep expertise in multiple computer languages and frameworks
- Demonstrates expertise in analysis and optimization of systems capacity, performance, and operational health
- Understands and develops solutions to foster data lifecycle management
- Maintains deep technical knowledge within areas of expertise
- Stays current with new and evolving technologies
