Description
We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team at Porsche Zentren Berlin. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal utilisation of our workshop and mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the workshop, ensuring maximum utilisation of mechanics and sold hours
- Plan and manage workshop orders, adhering to current warranty regulations
- Provide and ensure the application of required workshop resources
- Maintain high cleanliness and order standards according to Porsche's quality requirements
- Conduct final checks on completed tasks for completeness, cleanliness, and quality
- Monitor and report on workshop performance to the After Sales Manager
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Plan personnel deployment in the workshop area
- Support the selection, recruitment, and training of new employees
- Conduct regular meetings and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees
- Plan regular internal and external training for technicians
Additional Responsibilities:
- Comply with relevant regulations such as UVV, environmental protection, sustainability, and value limits
- Procure necessary tools and machines in a cost-responsible manner
- Ensure disposal and recycling in accordance with current regulations and laws
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics master
- Several years of professional experience
- Good technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and development-focused mindset
- Team player with flexibility and willingness to work on Saturdays
- Valid class B driver's license
