Workshop Manager

We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team at Porsche Zentren Berlin. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal utilisation of our workshop and mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the workshop, ensuring maximum utilisation of mechanics and sold hours
• Plan and manage workshop orders, adhering to current warranty regulations
• Provide and ensure the application of required workshop resources
• Maintain high cleanliness and order standards according to Porsche's quality requirements
• Conduct final checks on completed tasks for completeness, cleanliness, and quality
• Monitor and report on workshop performance to the After Sales Manager

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Plan personnel deployment in the workshop area
• Support the selection, recruitment, and training of new employees
• Conduct regular meetings and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees
• Plan regular internal and external training for technicians

Additional Responsibilities:

• Comply with relevant regulations such as UVV, environmental protection, sustainability, and value limits
• Procure necessary tools and machines in a cost-responsible manner
• Ensure disposal and recycling in accordance with current regulations and laws

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics master
• Several years of professional experience
• Good technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and development-focused mindset
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to work on Saturdays
• Valid class B driver's license

• Salary: TG 6 (maximum evaluation based on experience and qualification)
• Working hours: 36 hours/week (full-time)
