Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer 4 to join our People Tech team, focusing on GenAI & Agentic Systems. You will architect and build systems using cutting-edge open-source frameworks and emerging technologies like LangChain and LangGraph.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows to automate complex HR capabilities.
- Partner with security, governance, and risk teams to ensure secure and compliant implementation of AI-enabled capabilities.
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
- Utilize programming languages like Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Provide technical leadership and direction across Agile teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in coding with multiple programming languages.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or cloud-based productivity tools.
- Experience with database and database management systems.
- Experience contributing to open-source frameworks.
The salary ranges for this role vary by location:
- Chicago, IL: $179,400 - $204,700
- McLean, VA: $197,300 - $225,100
- San Francisco, CA: $215,200 - $245,600
- Plano, TX: $179,400 - $204,700
- Richmond, VA: $179,400 - $204,700
