NVIDIA, a leader in high-performance computing, gaming, and AI, is seeking a Senior Services Supply Chain Inventory Management and Control Engineer. This role involves developing strategies and executing material and inventory control across the services supply chain, partnering with various teams to enhance controls and minimize financial adjustments.
Job Summary: As a senior engineer, you will develop and improve processes and systems to achieve high inventory accuracy targets while reducing financial adjustments across the service and repair supply chain. You will create and implement control standards, policies, and processes across Service Supply Chain manufacturing sites and outsourced partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve processes and systems for inventory accuracy and control
- Create and implement control standards, policies, and processes across manufacturing sites and partners
- Establish cycle count, physical inventory, and scrap policies with execution standards and compliance
- Build operating rhythms with outsourced partners to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce risks
- Analyze inventory trends and implement corrective actions for improvements
- Improve inventory controls, segregation of duties, and automation
- Serve as the senior point of contact for resolving critical inventory discrepancies
- Develop dashboards, benchmarks, reports, and training materials for better decision-making
- Drive performance improvement with data-backed recommendations
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in running cycle count programs, physical inventory policy, and inventory governance
- Expertise in warehouse controls and ERP/WMS systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, controls, and audit requirements
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
- Relevant certifications like APICS/ASCM, CPIM, or CSCP
- Experience supporting global or multi-site inventory operations
