Description
As a 2027 Business Banking Degree Apprenticeship Programme participant in Northampton, you will engage in day-to-day retail banking activities, providing insights and expertise to inform senior colleagues' decisions, develop new products and services, and identify market opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting small research projects and preparing presentations and reports
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Participating in training and development programs
- Identifying opportunities and developing business cases for new products and services
- Managing client relationships and providing customer service support
- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies
- Training and mentoring junior colleagues
As an Analyst, you will be expected to:
- Meet stakeholder and customer needs through operational excellence and customer service
- Perform tasks in a timely and high-quality manner
- Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures
- Identify policy breaches and manage risk
- Build relationships with stakeholders and customers
In this role, you will earn a salary of £25,200 per year, plus benefits. You will have the opportunity to gain a Financial Services Professional Degree Apprenticeship, combining theoretical learning with practical work experience.
