FP&A Lead

As the FP&A Lead, you will be the analytical engine behind the long-term efficiency and growth of Grab's logistics network.

You will connect raw data to executive decision-making, with ownership of the design and financial sustainability of our logistics network and consumer-facing shipping programs.

Responsibilities:

• Supply-chain-related FP&A Ownership (Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance)
• Strategic Growth Support (Business Cases)
• Network Design (Strategy & Planning)
• Fee Structure Design (Pricing, Unit Economics & P&L)
• Core Metrics, Data Collaboration & Monitoring

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business analytics (e-commerce or logistics preferred)
• Strong proficiency in SQL, plus visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proven ability to turn complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in network modeling, financial modeling, or incentive/subsidy structure design
• Experience working with Finance on budgeting/forecasting, P&L drivers, and variance analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to ambiguous operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
