Assistant Content Designer - EA SPORTS™ NHL

Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Content Designer for its EA SPORTS™ NHL team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Assistant Content Designer, you will work with the production and design team to identify and create live content that EA Sports customers desire. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the live service team throughout the live product cycle
• Working with individuals from various disciplines to achieve shared product and team goals
• Understanding recent trends and best practices in live service models and applying them to the current product
• Developing and documenting creative ideas, evaluating and critiquing existing ideas
• Ensuring high-quality game experiences and advocating for end-users

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the NHL Live Team to build and execute the live content plan
• Execute the content plan, meeting deadlines and quality levels for live content
• Translate real-world events into live content ideas and plans on short notice, potentially requiring flexible work hours
• Define goals and opportunities for live content based on Key Performance Indicators
• Collaborate with NHL producers to understand targets and priority changes
• Communicate progress and quality effectively with the NHL team
• Develop game-wide relationships and strong engagement with other groups
• Manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables across teams
• Contribute to team morale and encourage positive working relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of background in game design and/or production with relevant experience working on a live service
