Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Banking & Financial Institutions team. As a remote sales development representative, you will identify, engage, and qualify prospects across Latin America, focusing on banks, acquirers, PSPs, wallets, and other financial institutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and identifying potential clients globally through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital channels
• Initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations with prospects, uncovering their needs and positioning Yuno's solutions with relevance
• Presenting Yuno's Financial Services value proposition clearly and compellingly, addressing questions and objections with confidence
• Qualifying leads and handing off high-potential opportunities to the Business Development team with full context
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring the team always has a clear view of pipeline activity
• Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity across the region to sharpen your prospecting strategy
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and targeting
• Bringing new ideas on how to improve prospecting approaches

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English
• 2+ years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales role
• 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech (desirable)
• Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for sales
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
