Accounting Graduate - 18 Month Program

The Red Bull Graduate Program is an 18-month opportunity to gain valuable work experience in accounting. The program runs from 5th July 2027 to 29th December 2028.

As an Accounting Graduate, you will rotate across various finance teams, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting and Tax. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer receipts, supplier invoices, and credit notes accurately and on time
• Supporting account reconciliations, investigating unmatched or overdue items, and contributing to process improvements
• Assisting with credit control activities, customer queries, disputes, and credit notes
• Partnering with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues and maintain accurate account information
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting month-end and year-end close activities
• Providing information and evidence for internal controls, audit, and statutory reporting requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Relevant work or internship experience in accounting or finance
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with an ERP or accounting system is beneficial
