Customer Security Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Security Compliance Specialist to join our Customer Compliance Team. You will develop into a subject matter expert across Cloudflare's products, infrastructure, and controls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of filling out complex customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and technical assessments using Cloudflare's proprietary AI platforms and developer tooling.
• Engaging directly with enterprise customers on security topics, acting as a trusted security advisor.
• Hosting, coordinating, and facilitating customer audits.
• Designing, configuring, and iterating on custom workflows and compliance assistants using Cloudflare's internally built AI platforms.
• Structuring, auditing, and maintaining authoritative knowledge repositories covering SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and global security regulations.
• Collaborating with marketing and engineering to mature our customer Trust Portal and self-service resources.
• Researching, writing, and maintaining public-facing white papers, security blogs, and compliance mappings.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in security compliance, GRC, technical audit management, IT risk consulting, or customer-facing security assurance. They will also have a demonstrated ability to build with AI, solid understanding of security risk and compliance frameworks, and strong written communication skills.
