Job Summary As a Parts and Accessories Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the constant and immediate availability of parts based on customer demand. Your tasks will include:

• Optimising processes for efficiency
• Managing warranty and goodwill processing
• Acting as an interface between logistics and workshop areas
• Ensuring a permanent and immediate supply of parts based on customer needs (workshop, end customers, resellers)
• Supplying and providing parts to the workshop
• Ordering parts within your decision-making authority
• Checking incoming goods
• Using and maintaining the uniform customer database C@P
• Selling parts and accessories to end customers and resellers
• Presenting and selling Porsche Design and Porsche Driver's Selection products
• Continuously updating your knowledge of all Porsche products, parts, accessories, and services
• Setting up advertising materials and professionally designing the sales counter in accordance with Porsche standards
• Applying relevant Porsche systems
• Complying with all Porsche standards in the parts area, especially cleanliness and order

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training
• High reliability, flexibility, and above-average willingness to work
• A friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
• Experience in the after-sales sector desirable
• Very good manners and excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex tasks
• Proficient in MS Office
• Class B driving licence
