Dishwasher | Riviera Dining Group

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dishwashers to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment in a fast-paced luxury dining setting.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area at all times
• Properly sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Supervisor
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
• Work collaboratively with team members to support a smooth, efficient kitchen operation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing 40–50 pounds
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Ability to safely navigate busy operational areas and work around equipment, wet surfaces, and other workplace conditions
