Lean Management Specialist

We are seeking a Lean Management Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

As a Lean Management Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the Lean Manufacturing system in the gene synthesis/production department. You will promote the application of lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in laboratory and production processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing bottlenecks and waste throughout the production process, leading efficiency improvement projects
• Driving process standardization, modularization, and automation optimization
• Identifying problems and proposing improvement plans, tracking results, and promoting continuous optimization
• Collaborating with R&D, production, supply chain, and other teams to drive end-to-end optimization
• Organizing training on lean tools and methods, cultivating internal lean talents within the team
• Providing operational support for the department, including claims administration, manpower and timesheet consolidation, records and documentation management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or related fields
• Data analysis skills, proficient in operating Office, Visio, and other software
• Strong problem analysis and solving abilities, planning, organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Result-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
• Good proficiency in both Chinese and English communication
