As a Liability Loss Adjuster, you will investigate and settle liability and legal protection claims for Swedish and international insurance providers. You will work independently but have access to experienced colleagues for support and guidance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and settling liability and legal protection claims, assessing responsibility, insurance terms, and relevant documentation
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, insured parties, and other stakeholders in Swedish and English
- Driving cases forward with structure, quality, and a business-like approach
- Meeting the people behind the cases with empathy and understanding, while making objective legal assessments
- Contributing to the team's common learning by sharing perspectives, seeking support, and actively participating in collaboration between Solna and Gothenburg
The role offers variation and opportunities for development, as you will work with different customers and types of cases. Some of the work will be done in English, as we collaborate with Swedish and international clients.
You will be part of our liability team with 12 colleagues in Solna and Gothenburg. The team has an open work climate with much knowledge, where we talk to each other, help each other, and share experiences.
To be successful in this role, you should have a law degree or other relevant legal background and be at the beginning of your career. Experience in claims handling, especially in liability or legal protection, is meritorious but not required.
You are analytical and structured, communicate clearly, and thrive with taking responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you understand that each case affects people and can therefore combine legal accuracy with empathy, respect, and professional judgment.
