- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing skills, with the ability to produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read

Who You Are:
- Calm under pressure, staying composed when things get tense, and making people feel safer
- Approachable and clear, able to walk a new hire through the badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with ease

- Clear on scope, handling routine matters independently and escalating early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Takes ownership, following work through, raising issues before anyone asks, and wanting to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about making security part of the culture, not just a set of rules
