Sr. Technical Project Manager

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams from concept definition to mass production introduction. The successful candidate will have a major impact on the business, driving projects such as new technology development, cross-project features, and complete devices.

Responsibilities:

• Scope, plan, manage, and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) development through the product life cycle process from concept to product delivery
• Manage different types of projects, including new technology bricks, cross-project features, or complete devices with internal teams or external partners
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver projects on time, within defined expectations in terms of experience, cost, and quality
• Lead a multi-functional and multi-site team
• Synthesize and present project stakes in a comprehensive manner to help the team make decisions
• Report and communicate regularly, escalating when project goals are at risk
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with project activities
• Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, failure analysis, root cause, and corrective action processes
• Manage product Build of Material (BOM) and key project/product documentation

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment with a cross-functional and global team managing new product development
• Experience managing Healthcare and B2B products is a plus
• Deep experience in high-volume consumer electronics products
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodology
• Ability to develop a comprehensive project development timeline and risk tracking overview
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, activities, projects, and technology
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including marketing and business interfaces
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Independent, with a design thinking knowledge and creative mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• Master's degree in Engineering
• Formal Project Management training and Certification (PMP) would be a plus
