- Leading operational supplier reviews for allocated partners, driving OTIF, capacity, inventory accuracy and agreed improvement actions.
- Providing forward-looking availability, risk and opportunity insight to regional, deployment, commercial and launch stakeholders.
- Coordinating readiness for priority launches, campaigns and business-critical rework, ensuring material, quality and capacity dependencies are aligned.
- Analysing rework and co-pack costs, stock projections and operational performance, explaining variances and recommending corrective action.
- Providing robust inputs to supply reviews and S&OP, including scenarios, constraints, service implications and recovery plans.
- Leading defined process, reporting or systems improvements and embedding consistent planning standards across the team and supply partners.
- Coaching planners, sharing specialist knowledge and deputising for the Supply Planning Manager on operational forums when required.
