Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Vlissingen. As a Maintenance Engineer at Oatly AB, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production facility, focusing on reliability-centered and risk-based maintenance principles.
The Role
In this highly autonomous role, you will act as the technical expert behind our maintenance strategy, asset reliability, shutdown planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and continuously improving maintenance plans, inspections, calibrations, and equipment strategies.
- Leading technical analyses and planning activities, such as Root Cause Analysis, Management of Change, and criticality assessments.
- Managing our CMMS/D365 environment, using data and asset insights to improve decision-making and reliability.
- Depending on your experience and certifications, you may also take ownership as IV-Responsible (NEN-1010/NEN-3140), providing technical leadership in electrical safety and compliance.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An MBO+ or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or technical operations within an industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, combining hands-on technical knowledge with analytical thinking and systems expertise.
- Comfortability working on a tactical level, using data and systems to make informed decisions.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
