Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application

As a Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application, you will design, develop, and maintain Banca channel related systems.

Responsibilities:

• Development & Architecture (50%):
• Design systems architecture flow for project business processes involving other systems teams.
• Implement new features and design architecture for new systems.
• Study group policy and communicate with technical/security experts.

• Technical & Project Support (30%):
• Support business requirement analysis, architecture solution, and cost estimation.
• Review business requirements and function design.
• Guide junior developers and vendors.
• Perform production maintenance and enhancements.

• Project Delivery (20%):
• Lead and participate in projects related to Banca channel apps.
• Manage project scoping, development, unit testing, implementation, user training, and close-up.
• Deliver project documentation according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Education: University Bachelor degree or above.
• Language: Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Technical skills:
• Proficient in Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) and MyBatis.
• Strong expertise in microservices with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, service discovery, and API gateways.
• Strong proficiency with MySQL and excellent command of SQL.
• Experience with enterprise-level system's performance enhancement and high availability improvement.
• Preferred experience: Previous experience in bank, insurance, or other financial institutions; experience in training, recruitment, or onboarding system development; familiarity with generative AI techniques and machine learning principles; familiarity with vibe coding.
