HSBC Bangladesh Student Work Placement Programme is for students looking for work experience with a leading international bank.

The placement provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience over six months and develop your knowledge of banking and financial services.

You will be supported by experienced managers, colleagues, and a wide network of diverse peers, and encouraged to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the table.

During the placement, you will be challenged to use your talents and academic knowledge to add value to the bank and improve your professional and personal skills.

Requirements:

• Be available to work full-time between January 2027 and July 2027
• Students from any degree discipline graduating by January 2027 or completed graduation in July 2026 or later
• Well-developed communication skills
• Solid PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Additional PC skills in Excel (Macro), Access, and Projects
• Nationals who have the legal right to work in Bangladesh
