Description
We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.
As part of this role, you will work closely with our engineers to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to improve our racing cars' performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software and hardware systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Analyse data to inform design decisions and optimize system performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software engineering principles
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
