Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient - Pelvic Floor

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with pelvic floor experience or an interest in specialized pelvic floor training to join our outpatient team at Aurora Sports Health Lake Geneva. The successful candidate will have a blended caseload of general orthopedics and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret physician referrals and complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations
• Establish a plan of care and implement individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes, adjust treatment plans, and provide status updates to physicians and other teammates
• Plan for and complete patient discharge, including providing written home programs and patient/family teaching
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimum care for patients
• Complete all required documentation, including patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Maintain site/department established productivity standards and adhere to billing and documentation policies

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and sit throughout the workday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pelvic floor physical therapy
