Account Executive, Senior Small Business (German)

As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our new business.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize AI transformation by spearheading the growth and adoption of Fin across your given territory
• Maintain category-leading and differentiating knowledge of AI as the category evolves
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, through a highly consultative sales approach
• Manage a varying volume of complex 6-figure new business deals
• Articulate Fin's value and differentiation using the Command of the Message framework / MEDDPICC
• Learn from sales leaders how to drive true control of your business
• Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers, and the wider solutions team to win flagship logos in the market
• Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Business fluency in German
• Experience meeting and exceeding quota in a closing role, with a track record of selling SaaS or DBaaS
• Experience, passion, and success in outbound prospecting
• Strong sales acumen and a general interest in the businesses you work with
• Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation
• AI fluent and/or deep interest in AI tooling
• Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization
