Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Partnership

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and capability gaps.
• Develop scalable, data-driven regional talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and advise on competitive hiring strategies.
• Assess market feasibility for talent acquisition.

Execution with Excellence

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior and critical roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact engineering and commercial talent.
• Ensure consistent global hiring standards while adapting local approaches.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Represent Shield AI as an EMEA ambassador for the employer brand.
• Localise the employer value proposition for different EMEA countries.
• Identify and activate employer branding opportunities.
• Ensure a consistent and authentic candidate experience.

Driving at Scale

• Use data to forecast hiring needs and track progress.
• Continuously optimise recruitment performance.
• Improve talent acquisition processes and tools.
• Be a visible voice for talent across the EMEA leadership community.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a strategic talent acquisition partner in the defence or public sector SaaS space.
• Success in supporting new market entries and scaling teams.
• Strong credibility with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor.
• Deep understanding of EMEA talent dynamics and sourcing strategies.
• Highly consultative and commercially minded with ability to operate with ambiguity.
