Room Attendant - Full Time - Crowne Plaza Crystal City ($17.25 - $19/hr)

We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team at Crowne Plaza Crystal City. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guestrooms and public areas to our high standards, providing friendly and courteous service to our guests, and following our company's core values.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and ensure necessary amenities and supplies are in guest rooms
• Provide excellent guest service and respond to requests in a positive and timely manner
• Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any issues
• Produce required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Hotel Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred
• Attention to detail, customer focused, and ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift
• Significant bending required
