Weekend Shift (6am - 6pm) Seasonal Distribution Associate (Sur La Table)

The Seasonal Distribution Associate contributes to the success of Sur La Table by ensuring accurate orders, meeting set target rates per hour, and maintaining product integrity and quality standards throughout the distribution process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform procedures and documentation safely and efficiently
• Meet quality and productivity standards
• Assist in daily productivity goals
• Maintain general housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of work area
• Record time worked accurately
• Follow Sur La Table policies and SOPs
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Essential Functions:

• Communicate verbally and work cooperatively with employees, customers, and vendors
• Adapt to change and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods
• Read, count, and write accurately
• Work overtime and weekends as needed
• Lift and/or move merchandise up to 35 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Operate general warehouse equipment (RF, Pallet Jack)
• Perform duties in a non-climate-controlled environment

Requirements:

• Prior distribution experience preferred
• Experience with warehouse management systems and hand-held devices preferred
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Basic math calculations
• Must be at least 18 years old
