Casual Health Club Receptionist

We’re seeking a Casual Health Club Receptionist who brings good energy, great attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable first impressions.

As a Casual Health Club Receptionist, you will be the friendly face who sets the tone for someone’s entire day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests and members warmly
• Managing the front desk, including bookings, schedules, and guest queries
• Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Sending and replying to messages and emails in a clear and friendly manner
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the space
• Sharing guest feedback and contributing to ideas for improvement
• Promoting our services in a natural and helpful way

We are looking for someone who is:

The rate of pay is £13.68 per hour for under 21s and £14.24 per hour for ages 21+, inclusive of holiday pay.
