Description
You will be joining our expanding Building Structures team as an Engineer, playing a key role in the management of our projects and supporting the technical leadership within our team and in the delivery of our designs from inception through to handover of the completed scheme to the client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing innovative and sustainable designs from concept for a huge range of challenging projects
- Taking a key leadership role managing single and multi-disciplinary design projects from concept stage through to detailed design
- Contributing to our ongoing success and helping us build towards delivery of a growing order book
- Working with Architects, Engineers, and specialist consultants to deliver projects
- Providing sustainable development solutions from site selection through to detailed design and construction
- Offering specialist advice and design solutions to clients addressing sustainable design and net zero carbon aspirations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in successful design delivery, particularly in concept design and project inception stages
- Ability to help deliver improvements in working practices and outcomes
- Excellent inter-personal skills and leadership potential
- Eligibility to achieve Security Clearance
