Then you are exactly right with us! With the apprenticeship as an industrial business administrator at Vattenfall GmbH, you will learn about the commercial processes of an international energy company and actively design the future of energy supply.
For this three-year apprenticeship, we are looking for motivated and interested trainees for our Berlin location starting on 23.08.2027.
This is what you can expect from your apprenticeship:
- Diverse practical assignments in different company areas
- Insights into central commercial functions such as purchasing, accounting, human resources, communication, and real estate & facility management
- Direct linking of theoretical knowledge and practical application
- Vocational school lessons at the Leopold-Ullstein School Berlin
- Part-time model with three days in the company and two days of vocational school per week
- Promotion of your technical, organisational, and communicative competences
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams and exciting projects
- Individual development opportunities and diverse career perspectives within the company
- One-month introductory phase with workshops on energy economics, team training, and a joint get-to-know-you trip
Apprenticeship focuses:

- Procurement and stocking

- Performance creation and billing
- Information and communication processes
- International business processes and economic relationships
Our attractive conditions:
- Flexible working time and -location: 37-hour week, flexible working hours with hour account and mobile working
- 30 holidays in the calendar year as well as additional public holidays on 24.12. and 31.12.
- Attractive training remuneration (already € 1,543.73 gross per month in the first year of apprenticeship)

Qualifications:
- University or college entrance qualification or a good secondary school certificate
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking
- Pronounced independence and initiative

- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and openness to new topics and challenges
- Interest in economic relationships and commercial processes
- Good organisational abilities and a structured way of working
