Description
As a Refrigeration Engineering Manager at Marks & Spencer, you will own and continuously develop refrigeration specifications, ensuring they meet business requirements and support sustainability commitments.
You will partner with stakeholders to support new store concepts, identify engineering innovation opportunities, and review refrigeration equipment performance.

Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in Refrigeration at degree level or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Experience in technical management across a multi-site environment
- Practical knowledge of refrigeration legislation and environmental standards
