Senior Product Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end PMM work for Operator, a new internal Agent for customer operations. You'll build the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy that makes Operator a wildly successful product from Fin.

Responsibilities:

• Build the external narrative for Operator and shape the category for the industry
• Shape and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and audience for Operator
• Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment
• Be deeply customer-obsessed and turn customer insights into clear messaging
• Lead launches and go-to-market moments, working cross-functionally
• Create high-quality core PMM assets, including web pages, decks, narratives, scripts, demos, and launch materials

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B
• Track record of shaping how complex products are understood in market
• Experience marketing a genuinely new product or capability with no clear comparison set
• Comfortable with technical depth: automation, workflows, analytics, agent behaviour, and product mechanics
• Excellent written communication and strong editorial judgment
• Ability to work independently on large, high-stakes initiatives
• Systems thinker who builds messaging architectures and frameworks
