Join our team in the M&S Café in Inverness as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the café runs smoothly.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, five-star service to customers
- Making great food and drink recommendations
- Using our digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently
- Maintaining high food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll be expected to work flexible hours, including Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
