Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst with AI expertise to join our team as a freelancer. As a Netguru freelancer, you can choose what works well for you, deciding when, where, and how you work on projects and tasks.
The project is planned for 3 months, starting ASAP, with a salary range of up to 180 PLN/h.
Responsibilities:
- Transform our client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
- Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
- Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions.
- Create and maintain project and process documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo)
- Agentic automation feasibility assessment
- Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evals
- Cost/TCO analysis
- Agents monitoring
- Excellent English and Polish skills
