Description
We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.
As a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for planning demand and production, managing inventory, analysing data, and monitoring results. You will also be involved in improving processes, collaborating with other teams, and planning deliveries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing demand forecasts based on historical data, sales trends, and market information
- Creating production plans that align with forecasted demand and collaborating with the production team
- Managing inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimising excess stock
- Analysing data on demand, supply, sales, and inventory to identify trends and areas for optimisation
- Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth information flow and effective supply chain management
- Planning and coordinating deliveries to the central warehouse
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment
- English language proficiency
