As a Solution Consultant specialising in Workforce Management and Payroll, you are essential to the sales cycle and play an important role on the Sales team. You will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to provide support to the Sales team and help drive the sale by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
- Crafting detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated products/applications/solutions.
- Assisting in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.
- Supporting the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
- Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
- Assisting sales in the response to RFxs.
- Participating in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand struggles, current business processes, and ideal future state.
- Using in-depth ERP-product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Ability to travel 50+% of the time.
You are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level Human Resources leadership audience.
You possess credibility and passion for presentations and product demonstrations around HCM technology solutions:
- You’re a subject matter expert when it comes to payroll and workforce management.
- As a plus, you’re also knowledgeable about HCM enterprise solutions and HCM.
- You’re passionate about Workday and believe that businesses and organisations can advance and grow by adopting Workday solutions.
