Instructional Designer- ValMo Training

You will be joining the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho, working on enabling Meesho to deliver a world-class experience to their customers.

As an Instructional Designer, you will assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials, taking full responsibility for training material updates to ensure the most current information, tools, and resources are available and in use.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and other teams to ensure design alignment with organisation strategy and objectives.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist in the production of video content and animations as needed.
• Develop training programs based on skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, VYOND, Canva, Articulate Storyline 360).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile.
• Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge.
• Proficiencies in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
