Video Editor

Electronic Arts is seeking a Video Editor to join their team at Criterion Games in Guildford, Surrey. The successful candidate will work on the Battlefield franchise, delivering creative, story-driven content, including editing storyboards and VO audio for boardmatics/animatics and previs through to scene editing following mocap shoots.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering creative, story-driven content, including editing storyboards and VO audio for boardmatics/animatics and previs through to scene editing following mocap shoots.
• Handling the cinematic content workflow between Adobe Premiere Pro, MotionBuilder and FrostEd.
• Starting with shoot video reference and syncing timecode across witness cameras, HMC videos, MotionBuilder previs and shoot audio, creating edits for stakeholder review and updating them throughout multiple iteration cycles.
• Technical editing in the production of cinematics using shoot data, timecodes, EDL, VCAM and OMF workflows to sound.
• Proficiency with video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with a clean and structured working approach that enables efficient file sharing and collaboration.
• Motion editing experience to help bring cinematics together, including screen treatments, text overlays, picture-in-picture and other visual elements.
• Delivery of edited and timed VO stems to the Audio team.
