Physical Therapist I - Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Physical Therapy Union. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, select and administer assessment techniques, and synthesize information to establish an appropriate patient care plan. You will also provide evidenced-based intervention to work towards meeting patient goals, document evaluations and progress, and communicate with physicians and other clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop patient care plans
• Provide evidenced-based intervention to meet patient goals
• Document evaluations, tests, and progress notes
• Communicate with physicians and other clinical staff
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Tech/Aides as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Applicable state license for Physical Therapy
• BLS certification
• Experience in Pediatric and Adult Neuro preferred
