Platform Manager - Speedweek

We are looking for a highly motivated Platform Manager to join our SPEEDWEEK.com team in Salzburg, Austria. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for the digital development of SPEEDWEEK.com, the fastest motorsport platform in the DACH region.

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing the editorial content of SPEEDWEEK.com to ensure users receive the most relevant motorsport news, analysis, and stories.
• Collaborating closely with our reporter team to set priorities and deliver high-quality motorsport journalism.
• Utilising data and digital trends to enhance content and formats, identify opportunities, and implement measures to increase reach, engagement, and user retention.
• Overseeing the cross-platform distribution of our content across YouTube, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Developing the collaboration between SPEEDWEEK.com and ServusTV On to maximise the potential of our motorsport content.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital environment, such as digital journalism, content management, social media, or digital marketing.
• A completed degree in digital media, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong passion and knowledge of motorsport, as well as a good understanding of relevant news, trends, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience working with editors, reporters, social media experts, and other stakeholders.
• Technical expertise, high availability, and flexibility, particularly regarding evening, weekend, and public holiday work.

The position is temporary until 31 December 2028. The minimum collective contractual salary for this position is €2,515.00 gross per month, but we offer attractive salary packages based on current market rates.
