Activator-Uddevalla

We are looking for an Activator to join our team in Uddevalla. As an Activator, you will be responsible for merchandising, customer orientation, POS management, perfect store, and promotional activation.

Your main tasks will include:

• Regularly visiting and developing relationships with Red Bull's most important customers in the daily goods trade in your district
• Ensuring maximum visibility and availability of Red Bull products and that our brand is always represented with the highest quality
• Building, developing, and refining store environments with our products through your creative and innovative mindset
• Collaborating with customers to develop our common business
• Being a personal, knowledgeable, and reliable partner
• Ensuring Red Bull's presence, placement, and appearance in stores
• Working with customers to achieve Perfect Store goals: Availability, Distribution, Right price, Visibility, Placement, and Attractive communication
• Making things happen and exceeding estimated sales figures

Requirements:

• Valid B driver's license
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
• Structured and proactive work style
• Loyal and reliable
• Trustworthy and skilled at building long-term relationships
• Good communication skills and a valued team player
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Experience in the daily goods trade or service trade is a merit
