Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Vangarde Monks Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
This role involves working varied shifts, including nights, Sundays, and Saturdays, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
