Director, Product Management - Integrations

We are seeking a driven, curious, and empathetic product management leader to grow Okta's integration ecosystem as Director of Product Management for Okta integration ecosystem. You will be responsible for product strategy and managing a PM team dedicated to evolving Okta-built integrations across all product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and growth of Okta's build integrations through product vision.
• Connect with key partners and customers to distill feature asks and pain points into requirements that deliver broad customer value.
• Develop roadmaps that make hard tradeoffs and prioritise the highest value work first.
• Build compelling hypotheses and validate assumptions at low cost.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch and adoption of ISV experience enhancements.
• Work with development scrum teams to deliver valuable new integration-targeted features and product improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify integration needs and inform strategic vision, innovation, and product decisions.
• Define and communicate product requirements to engineering teams.
• Leverage product data to improve existing products and drive adoption and success.
• Track industry trends and develop differentiated solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of technology product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS products.
• Experience building or product managing user experience for partners joining and building on a core enterprise software platform.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Track record of owning and delivering large strategic projects.
• Demonstrated business results from shipped products, features, or capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) platforms and security products.
• Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access management protocols and products.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in technical or business field, MBA helpful.
