Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Games to join our Game Publishing team at Red Bull's headquarters in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria.
As a Project Manager Games, you will be responsible for driving internal and external projects forward, working closely with development partners and internal teams to coordinate key activities required to create and ship successful games - from production and development to marketing and launch.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Delivery: Plan, manage timelines, and execute projects connected to game publishing or supporting the publishing team. Identify challenges and drive projects towards successful delivery in a fast-changing environment.
- Community Management: Grow and manage the player community, ensuring player voices are heard and understood to reflect on game projects. Manage game activations globally to support local campaigns.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management: Act as the first point of contact for game projects, both internally and externally. Build strong relationships with development partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Game & Industry Expertise: Bring a strong interest in the gaming industry and an understanding of game monetization systems. Contribute to decision-making processes that shape the development and publishing of our games.
- Performance & Growth: Monitor game analytics and performance to understand how our games are performing and where opportunities for improvement exist. Use relevant insights to support decisions and help drive the continued success of our games.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, with strong collaboration and communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong interest in gaming and game communities, with an understanding of game KPIs and the ability to engage with and support game communities.
- Experience and interest in managing external partners, building effective relationships, and coordinating work across internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the gaming industry.
