Description

CoCounsel is an agentic legal partner. Customers need to encode their own methods as reusable, governable skills that agents can discover, load and execute.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, Agentic Customization, you'll own the product surface and technical contracts behind that: the registry, the authoring tools and the workflow runtime. You'll work day to day with Engineering, Science and Applied Research, Security and Design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Skills and plugin registry: packaging format and manifest schema, versioning, publishing, discovery and install lifecycle, scoping and admin-controlled entitlement and permission model, and provenance, signing and review gates.
  • Skill authoring (Creator): conversational and structured authoring that produces well-formed skills, test harnesses, evals and regression checks before a skill is shared, and iteration loops driven by usage and feedback.
  • Agent runtime integration: how skills are discovered, selected and loaded into the agent's context, how skills compose into multi-step workflows, and connectors to external tools and content through MCP and similar protocols.
  • Trust, security and containment: tenant and matter-level isolation, sandboxing and least-privilege tool access, and audit logging, data residency and prompt-injection and supply-chain risk for third-party skills.
  • Quality and measurement: skill-level and workflow-level eval metrics, task success, tool-calls accuracy, regressions, adoption and usage telemetry, and offline and online evaluation with Science.
  • Delivery: PRDs and API/contract specs, MVP scoping, design-partner betas, and GA readiness with Marketing and Sales.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product management, with at least 3 on platform, API, developer-facing or AI/agent products
  • A record of shipping 0-to-1 platform capabilities through beta to GA with enterprise customers
  • Hands-on understanding of LLM agent architecture
  • Fluency in writing technical specs and the ability to hold your own in design reviews
  • Clear writing: sharp PRDs, explicit trade-off calls and exec-level updates
  • Legal or professional-services domain knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with plugin or extension ecosystems (IDE, browser, SaaS app marketplaces)
  • MCP, OpenAPI or similar tool protocols
  • LLM evaluation frameworks and quality gates for AI features
  • Enterprise governance: SSO/SCIM, audit, DLP, SOC 2 and data-residency requirements
  • Software supply-chain security (signing, SBOM, sandboxing)

What's in it For You?

  • Hybrid Work Model: flexible hybrid working environment for office-based roles
  • Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way programme for managing personal and professional responsibilities
  • Career Development and Growth: culture of continuous learning and skill development
  • Industry Competitive Benefits: comprehensive benefit plans, including flexible vacation, two company-wide Mental Health Days off, access to the Headspace app, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive programs, and resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
  • Culture: globally recognized, award-winning reputation for inclusion and belonging, flexibility, work-life balance, and more
  • Social Impact: opportunities to make an impact in the community with the Social Impact Institute
  • Making a Real-World Impact: helping customers pursue justice, truth, and transparency
